The Department of Educational Research, Technology and Leadership (ERTL) is a graduate department with programs in Educational Leadership K-12, Instructional Technology/Media, and Higher Education and Policy Studies. The Educational Research faculty is responsible for training students collegewide in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation.
