The Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES) is responsible for the administration and management of programs, services, facilities and activities designed to support student learning both inside and outside the classroom.
The SDES Vision is: “Building collaborative partnerships that empower students to succeed!”
Student Development and Enrollment Services, in collaboration with university and community partners, empowers students to succeed by providing opportunities and support to develop integrity, scholarship, community, creativity and excellence. These values of “The UCF Creed” guide our conduct, performance and decisions.
Goals of the division are to: Promote progression to graduation, graduate school and productive employment; Create opportunities for students to strengthen life skills and develop purpose, integrity, ethical standards and civic responsibility; and Embrace diversity and foster engagement in the global community.
The division is comprised of five main areas: Academic Development and Retention, Administrative Services, Assessment and Planning, Campus Life, and Regional Campus Student Services. Together, we strive to measure our success by student persistence, quality service and exceptional learning.
