Introduction

The Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES) is responsible for the administration and management of programs, services, facilities and activities designed to promote and support student learning both inside and outside the classroom. Our goals are guided by student learning outcomes that insure student success.

The SDES Vision is: SDES empowers students to succeed by adding values.

Student Development and Enrollment Services empowers students to succeed by providing learning opportunities that support the development of the core values: integrity, scholarship, community, creativity and excellence.

Goals of the division are to:

• Provide quality programs, services and learning environments that promote progression to graduation, graduate school, and productive employment.
• Create opportunities for students to strengthen life skills and develop purpose, integrity, ethical standards and civic responsibility.
• Embrace diversity and foster student engagement in the global community.
• Build collaborative partnerships.
